Our Leadership
Joe brings over 15 years of experience in business operations, construction management, and real estate development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hillsdale College and an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy.
In 2025, Joe co-founded Snyder Development Group with his siblings to continue the legacy of their late father. He leads the firm’s strategic direction with a focus on identifying, evaluating, and executing both active and passive real estate investments. His approach combines hands-on project oversight with disciplined financial analysis to deliver long-term value and risk-adjusted returns.
Joe specializes in uncovering value across diverse asset classes and development stages—from ground-up construction to stabilized income-producing properties—ensuring every investment aligns with market fundamentals and investor goals.
